In the morning, 26^th May, 2015 IDICO Urban and House Development Investment Joint Stock Company  organized annual shareholder meeting 2015 (1^st time) with attendance of 50 shareholders, representing for 4.949.327/8.000.000 voting shares, occupying 61,87% (<65%  voting share). With this representing share, it does not satisfy condition to  carry out the shareholder meeting in accordance with Clause 1, Article 102 Enterprise law and Clause 1, Article 20 company Charter.

Therefore the annual shareholder meeting 2015 of IDICO - UDICO will be organized for the second time, as follows:

Venue:  IDICO – UDICO Hall, Road No.4, Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Zone, Nhon Trach district, Dong Nay province
