In respect of annual Shareholder meeting 2018

For the attention all shareholders of IDICO Urban and House Development

Investment Joint Stock Company

Management Board of IDICO Urban and House Development Investment Joint Stock Company (IDICO-UDICO) is pleased to invite all shareholders of the Company to the 2018 annual shareholder meeting.   

1. Time: 08:00A.M, 2^nd May, 2018 (Wedesday)
2. Venue: IDICO - UDICO Hall, road No.4, Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Zone - Nhon Trach District - Dong Nai Province.  
3. Participants: Shareholders owning stocks of IDICO - UDICO whose names are listed in the shareholder list ended 5^th April, 2018.
4. Meeting agenda :

- Approval  of outcome  report of the year 2017, production and business plan for the year 2018; Auditted financial report of the year 2017;

- Approval of reports of Management board and Checking board of the year 2017 ;

- Approval of amendment, supplement to Company Charter, Internal Statutes of Company management and other issues to be approved at Shareholder meeting.

³Shareholder meeting documents:

            All documents, forms related to the shareholder meeting are available on the website: www.idico-udico.com.vn - Invester relation. Meeting documents will be handed out directly to shareholders at the meeting.  

³Registration and atending confirmation:

To facilitate smooth organization of the meeting,  shareholders are  requested to confirm their attendance (or authorize other people to attend on their behalf) before 4:30P.M, 27^th April, 2018 through Fax at: 0251.3560610, Email : vpudico@gmail.com or Tel at: 0251.3560614/613. Shareholders attending meeting are kindly requested to bring ID card/passport, letter of attorney (if any) in order to register for attendance.  

This Announcement is in lieu of  letter of invitation.
